Thermal solar energy is based on the use of solar radiation to heat water at a low temperature and is used for sanitary water heating systems, central heating or the heating of swimming pools.
The components used in these types of installations are: the solar collector, the solar fluid, the heat exchanger and the accumulator. The collector transforms solar radiation into heat in order to heat the fluid solar, once the fluid solar has been heated, this reaches the heat exchanger where it provides heat to the accumulator where hot water is kept for use.
