The Resolution of the 27th of September 2007
Made by the General Department of Energy which establishes the terms for the maintenance of the regulatory tariff for photovoltaic technology in virtue of that established in Article 22 of Royal Decree 661/2007, of the 25th of May. This resolution establishes the terms for the period governing the tariffs for the production of photovoltaic energy.
